The 10 Day Lemonade Detox
I'm officially about to try the Lemonade Detox! I've never done a detox before so this is completely new for me. Recently I have been getting sick and feeling very tired. Toxins building up in the body is a real deal, in which toxins can be legit reasons for my symptoms and any other problems that they can create in the future. I decided to flush these bad toxins away and the challenge starts now! Many know about the Lemonade Detox because of my hometown legend, Beyonce Knowles. For her part in Dream Girls, she decided to drop 20 pounds and accomplished that with this Master Cleanse. Do I want to drop 20 pounds? Not at all! Do I want the benefits of this Master Cleanse? You bet I do! It aids in digestion and detoxification, bumps up your vitamin C quotient, rejuvenates skin and heals the body, helps shed pounds, and boosts energy and mood. Though I don't want to lose 20 pounds, shedding a couple of pounds would be beneficial in helping my abs pop out more. Plus, with all those benefits you can't help but to try this detox and be curious! The Lemonade Detox consists of 100% Real Lemon Juice, Organic Honey, Cayenne Pepper, and of course water.
Instead of maple syrup, I'm going to use organic honey. I've read that you can use either ingredient and I know that honey helps with energy. Lemon juice is tangy but of course it will be diluted by the water so I am not worried about that. However, I am a little concerned about the cayenne pepper and if it will go down smooth. I'm up for the challenge so we'll just have to see! While doing this detox I will be heading to the gym regularly.
